Ingredient: Water, Glycerol, Fructose, Elderberry Juice Concentrate (Sambucus nigra), Emulsifier (Acacia Gum), Manuka Honey, Magnesium Ascorbate (Vitamin C), Zinc Gluconate, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)
Directions: Pure Gold Manuka Honey can be taken as part of a balanced diet by one teaspoon (5 ml) up to three times per day, ideally one hour before meals. Store at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months of age. Do not use if seal is broken. This honey may naturally crystallise.
