Today A.Vogel is kinder and the aerial parts of Urtica plants are carefully harvested and manufactured twice yearly into a tincture

Tincture of organically grown fresh Urtica dioica (Stinging Nettle) aerial parts, extracted in alcohol (50%V/V)
Recommended use:
Directions for use:
Adults: 20 drops twice daily in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
This product is not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
